Managed all phases of the development lifecycle for Houston Independent School District Intranet / Extranet site redesign. HoustonISD.org. Built consensus with all parties involved in the process including students, parents, faculty, administrators, and school board.
Results: Delivered industry-leading user-centric interface design that made accessing relevant information easier and faster for stakeholders. Information architecture is still evident on today’s version of the site (5 years after initial design – which is extraordinary longevity for website design)
